Mid Atlantic Telerad offers technical support on all of our systems. All work is performed by a Carestream Health certified service technician. We provide telephone support for troubleshooting and technical assistance, as well as e-mail support if that is a more preferred method of communication.

For larger issues, we offer depot repair with loaner systems if necessary. In addition, Mid Atlantic Telerad’s service technicians offer on-site repair and training on all hardware and software sold.  Please do not hesitate to contact us with service issues, no matter the time or place- we have a technician on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
